BASIC CODES FOR PSX FINAL AND BETA VERSION
* Important Note *- Many people have said that they have seen sites telling them to face North when doing a cheat code. However, because there is no compass in Tomb Raider Chronicles, it is impossible to face North. Therefore, those codes will not work. In Tomb Raider 4: The Last Revelation, there is a compass, and you will be able to face North while performing a cheat code. This, however, cannot be done in Tomb Raider Chronicles.
Unlimited Medipacks, Weapons, and Ammo
Final Version: In the game, open the inventory. Move to the Timex (TMX), and press L1+L2+R1+R2+Up. You have to exit from the inventory to see the new items and weapons.
Beta Version: In the game, open the inventory. Move to the Small Medipack, and press L1+L2+R1+R2+Up. You have to exit from the inventory to see the new items and weapons.
All Level Specific Items
Final Version: In the game, open the inventory, and move to the Timex (TMX). Press L1+L2+R1+R2+Down. You have to exit from the inventory to see the changes.
Beta Version: In the game, open the inventory, and move to the Large Medipack. Press L1+L2+R1+R2+Down and then Triangle. You have to exit from the inventory to see the changes.
Special Features
Final and Beta Version: While playing the game, open the inventory, and move to the Timex-TMX. Press and hold L1+L2+R1+R2+Down+Circle and then Triangle. Quit the game, and go to the main menu to access the "Special Features" option.
Go to the Russian Base
Final Version: At the main menu, highlight the "New Game" option. Then, hold L1 and Forward, and press X to start at the Russian Base, which is the second story.
Beta Version: At the main menu, highlight the "New Game" option. Then, simply hold L1 and X to start at the Russian Base, which is the second story.
Go to the Black Isle of Ireland
Final Version: At the main menu, highlight the "New Game" option. Then, hold L2 and Forward, and press X to start at the Black Isle of Ireland, which is the third story.
Beta Version: At the main menu, highlight the "New Game" option. Then, simply hold L2 and X to start at the Black Isle of Ireland, which is the third story.
Go to Von Croy Industries
Final Version: At the main menu, highlight the "New Game" option. Then, hold R1 and Forward, and press X to start at the Tower Block, which is the fourth story.
Beta Version: At the main menu, highlight the "New Game" option. Then, simply hold R1 and X to start at the Tower Block, which is the fourth story.
Light a flare quickly
Final and Beta Version: Press Select and R1 or R2 when Lara does not have a weapon drawn. You can use a flare without entering the inventory screen. This code works for both versions.
View FMV Sequences
Beta Version Only: At the main menu, press Select + R2.
BASIC CODES FOR PC VERSION
Unlimited Large Medipacks: This cheat only works when your health is not full, and you have exactly one Large Medipack. Open the inventory with Escape, and focus the inventory to the Large Medipack. Then, press and hold the look button (numeric 0 by default), and press 9 (that isn't on the numeric keypad). After this, use the Large Medipack once. Then, exit and enter the inventory to see that you have unlimited Large Medipacks.
Unlimited Small Medipacks: This cheat only works when your health is not full, and you have exactly one Small Medipack. Open the inventory with Escape, and focus the inventory to the Small Medipack. Then, press and hold the look button (numeric 0 by default), and press 0 (that isn't on the numeric keypad). After this, use the Small Medipack once. Then, exit and enter the inventory to see that you have unlimited Small Medipacks.
BASIC CODES FOR DREAMCAST VERSION
Go to the Russian Base: Highlight "New Game" at the main menu. Hold L and R, and press Down. Hold the buttons until the level has loaded.
Go to the Black Isle of Ireland: Highlight "New Game" at the main menu. Hold L and R, and press Left. Hold the buttons until the level has loaded.
Go to Von Croy Industries: Highlight "New Game" at the main menu. Hold L and R, and press Right. Hold the buttons until the level has loaded.
Special Features: In order to see the special features at the end of the game, either find all the secrets during the game, or use this cheat. Go to the inventory screen, and highlight the stopwatch. Hold Y until "Secrets" reads "36/36". Now you should see the "Special Features" option on the main menu.
